West Fork Construction has been in the business of construction since its beginning in 1995. We have always specialized in design build projects and have provided a very comprehensive pre-construction service. Our company strongly believes that the hard work and thorough analysis provided at this stage of the project will reduce cost and expedite schedules during the construction phase. Dave Congdon, our senior project manager for the team, has +35 years experience in the construction industry with most of his work being specifically in healthcare. His experience is extremely valuable in providing preliminary budgets, constructibility reviews, various schedules and valuable input and analysis of MEP and Structural Designs.
Our diverse project experience includes: retail, commercial office buildings, parking structures, mixed-use, multi-family and healthcare. With a long list of ongoing and completed large and small remodel projects and extensive core and shell building projects, tenant improvement build, we maintain a steady stream of work and backlog. These projects range in size from <$1M to $25M+.
With our honest, collaborative straight forward approach we have repeatedly earned the trust of our clientele over the years. Our effort has allowed us to primarily preform negotiated, design/build projects. We are usually brought in very early in the pre-construction stages to facilitate in the design and constructibility of the project.
